Odoo Helpdesk
The Odoo Helpdesk app is increasingly becoming the central point for customer service in the broadest sense of the word. From the Helpdesk app you can, for example, offer help to customer questions and you have a live chat at your disposal. You can also initiate your field service interventions in Odoo 15, create credit invoices and manage your RMA process.
Odoo 15 has been further expanded with plug-ins for Gmail and MS-Outlook that allow you to easily convert emails into help desk tickets.
New Email plugin for Gmail and Outlook
Odoo 15 has a new MS-Outlook e-mail plug-in that allows you to create a helpdesk ticket directly from your e-mail.
Automatically close a helpdesk ticket
If the customer stops responding and the help desk ticket remains open in a certain phase, you can now have this ticket closed automatically. This is adjustable per helpdesk team.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) per customer
Finally! You could already create an internal SLA for the helpdesk, but now you can also create SLAs per customer or even per specific sales order.
Generate leads from a helpdesk ticket
Who doesn't know it? The helpdesk receives a question that should actually reach the sales department. Now you can convert this helpdesk ticket into a lead for the sales department. And… the other way around is of course also possible.
Merging helpdesk tickets
It is now possible to merge helpdesk tickets in Odoo 15.
Manage your RMA process from the helpdesk
You can now create a return in the warehouse from a helpdesk ticket.
Set up a product on a helpdesk ticket
